Diferencias entre CONFIAR y FIARSE DE

En esta lección de español, os queremos explicar las diferencias entre dos verbos: fiarse y confiar. ¿Quieres aprenderla? ATENCIÓN: uno es un verbo reflexivo (FIARSE DE) y el otro no (CONFIAR EN) CONFIAR EN: Lo usamos para hablar de situaciones, cosas o personas. I love Taronja and could not have asked for a better overall experience. I have a friendly recommendation for the school. I think the professors should provide more evaluative comments to students after the week of classes especially for students who stay more than one week. I would like to know: How am I doing? What do I need to work on? What advice do you have for me to practice out of class? This need not be summative or extensive possibly just a few minutes. This could be optional for the students who would like the feedback.

As a retired teacher (university) I was very impressed with the techniques used by the instructors. The classes are engaging; the teachers are motivating and supportive. I enjoyed the diversity of students in the classroom ( countries and ages). At the beginning of each week learning outcomes are presented. Then each class starts with a review of the days learning outcomes and ends with a recap of achievements-- theory, activities, and new words. Each class offers ample opportunities to practice new skills with a wide range of activities. Everyone has numerous chances to speak in every class with carefully crafted activities that are inclusive and fun. The small group size adds to the comfort for those of us who are intimidated with learning new skills.
Classes are pitched at each student's level based on a written assessment. However, during the morning of the first class each person can assess how comfortable they are with the material. They can then move to a higher or lower level class that will more closely meet their personal learning needs.
The school also offers a wide range of activities which further engages learners with more ways to practice language skills as well as to learn about the culture of Spain. I will do another post about my decision to study in Valencia

I have had a great experience with Taronja. Last year, I tried learning Spanish for 2 months and I came back this year to improve my Spanish. The school has a very helpful staff who goes above & beyond to help with all you need. Almost all the students I talked to at school never wanted to leave if they had the option to stay. They have daily activities so you can get to know a lot people and find out more about Spain (cuisine, museums, history and much more). My favorite one has been the paella parties that happen every Tuesday. Especially when they happen at the beach. I also liked the bachata/salsa lessons a lot! All the activities are very well priced so the students don't have any excuse to miss them. Big shoutout to Stefano and her team for all the amazing activities. There are a variety of instructors with different backgrounds which helped me learn about different cultures without visiting their cities or countries. They are all super helpful when you have questions during the classes. The school also offers variety of accommodation options such as staying with other students in the heart of Valencia or staying with a Spanish family. This is a great opportunity to get the know new people if you are new to the city. Elena was able to help me with all my requests from the first day until today. Overall, I recommend Taronja without any doubt to anyone who wants to learn Spanish, explore Valencia, and more importantly have fun! 🙂

diese Schule ist unglaublich vielseitig! Ich war für vier Wochen in Taronja zum Spanisch lernen. Und für mich war die Zeit in der Schule perfekt. Ich habe schnell und viel gelernt, die Lehrer sind offen, kompetent, hilfsbereit und haben Freude am Tun. Was die Schule für mich besonders gemacht hat, ist, dass sie einem Spanisch bei bringen, aber darüber hinaus auch viele Angebote zu Kultur und Leben stattfinden. Und ich hatte immer das Gefühl mit offenen Armen empfangen zu werden! Der perfekte Ort für einen Sprachurlaub.

I took classes at Taronja for three weeks in October and can highly recommend the school. I cannot imagine there being a better school. I scouted for months before making the decision and was so glad I had chosen Taronja. There are several points which make it such a good school. - the highly motivated and friendly teachers - there effort at getting everyone to speak Spanish only, which of course speeds up your acqusition of the language - the extracurricular activities are not only interesting, but help increase your language skills and keep you busy (if you are alone, it's nice to have something to keep you active especially the first week when you don't know your way around yet) I will definitely take more classes here. I recommend saving yourself all the time needed for researching the internet. You have made the right decision with Taronja! My greetings to everyone there. Linda

I'm in the school since 3 weeks to learn spanish and I know that when I'm ready with the courses in 2 months, i can live here in Valencia with out much problems to speak the language. The course with the changing times and teachers is very cool. Also with the activities in the evenings. It's a school where it is fun to learn..!!

très bonne école de langue Taronja est un école de langue que je recommande vivement ! Ses cours ludiques et intéressants permettent de progresser très rapidement. L'école propose son propre matériel de cours, ce qui permet de varier les thème des cours! De plus, l'école propose un grand nombre d'activités culturelles ou festives en dehors des cours qui permettent aux élèves de connaître la région valencienne et d'apprendre à se connaître.
