I did a Spanish course in Taronja for one week and I loved it. In particular I appreciated the interactive way and the discussions that were promoted within the classmates to learn and talk. The activities organized by the school were also great (thanks again Nando for the fantastic paella class!). Last but not least, Valencia is a beautiful city and perfect to learn Spanish also outside of the school!

I am so glad that I had an idea to combine my travelling with Spanish learning. Taronja provides friendly and welcoming environment for all ages. Especially I like an optional program for gathering and travelling. Muchas gracias Taronja!!! With love from Canada.

I am student who just finished high school and decided to take a gap year and learn a language. One of my friends was in Taronja School last year for 3 months and she loved it, so she recommended me to spend some time there in Valencia. I spent 6 months in the school and had one of the best times of my life. I arrived with a very low spanish level, and weeks after weeks, I could see my progress. Later in October, I felt confortable enough with my spanish to take the DELE-B2 preparation lessons at the school as well. Coming to Valencia, I never thought I would improve that fast. Even more, the teachers are very nice and pay attention to every student in the class. Finally, what makes the school also so special are the activities, they make it very easy to meet other students and make friends as soon as you arrive. I definitely wanna come back again!

Dear Taronja, Allow me to express my gratitude to you all. This last month has been a quiet a journey for me and I am grateful to learn and grow alongside incredible souls. A huge thank you to all my teachers and the whole team at Taronja for your dedication and commitment. To my teachers, I know I have not been the easiest student but you guys are awesome. Thank you for your patience, encouragement and guidance ( especially Nestor & Micaela 🤍 ). I am going back home more bold and I will definitely continue to work on my Spanish skills. To my fellow students, you are definitely at the right school. It was pleasant to meet some of you and enjoy your stay in Valencia. Thank you Jenny and Andres for making my classes possible. Amazing school that is well managed and organized. Teachers are well prepared and engaged. School is also organizing extracurricular activities which are either educational or fun and I enjoyed both types. I had also opportunity to stay in one of the school shared flats. They are simple but clean and perfect for the time of stay. I highly recommend! If I could, I would definitely stay at school for a few months. I hope to be back at some point and do another course.

I had a wonderful 2 weeks at Taronja and improved my Spanish a lot. It is great that the whole school is run in Spanish with all teaching and explanations included and students encouraged to speak to each other in Spanish even when not in class. This works very well even for complete beginners. I found the teachers very creative and knowledgeable and the lessons were entertaining as well as educational. The cultural and social activities organised by the school are a big bonus in a city as beautiful as Valencia. I can recommend Taronja very highly and will definitely be returning for more lessons and tp spend more time in Valencia as soon as I can.

Taronja is an excellent place to learn Spanish, the lessons are well prepared, interesting and full of surprise. There are also diversified social and cultural activities at a very moderate price. The school offers rooms in shared flats, what suited me best. Everybody is very helpful and sociable . Taronja is the perfect place for getting introduced into Spanish culture. It was my second time at Taronja and I shall come back!

It's been 50 years since I went to 'school' and it was with much trepidation that I booked to go to the Taronja school. I had imagined that I would be the old man amongst youngsters in the class, but although I was the oldest there, I found we represented a good cross section of ages. The first couple of hours in class was rather difficult, but that was because I felt a long way behind the other students regarding ability. There were 2 reasons for this, firstly the first subject of the day was about regular and irregular verbs, which is, at least for me and some of the others, difficult, but I soon began to make headway thanks to the excellent teacher. Secondly, I really should have attended the previous week as well; purely my mistake when I booked online. When I look back at the week at the Taronja school and the amount I have learnt I am very impressed and I would go back for more but unfortunately it's a very long way from home and being a family man I just can't justify it but if it was within daily travelling distance I would be happy to spend many weeks there. I am considering using their online courses, but we'll see. For anybody thinking about going to the Taronja school, just do it!
