En esta ocasión os queremos explicar el significado de la expresión en español «tomar el pelo». Sinónimos de la expresión «Tomar el pelo»: chancear, guasearse, mofarse, pitorrearse, cachondearse, burlarse, chacotear, bufonear, chirigotear, rechiflarse, coñearse, chasquear, chufletear, reírse, chunguearse…

En español no se puede decir UN OTRO

Un error muy frecuente entre los estudiantes de español es decir UN OTRO. Con esta explicación no volveréis a cometerlo.  En español, delante del adjetivo OTRO, OTRA, OTROS, OTRAS nunca podemos poner en artículo indefinido (un, una, unos, unas). Este es un error que todos los estudiantes de español cometéis con mucha frecuencia y que  debéis corregir, porque suena muy mal. NO decimos: Dame un otro mapa; decimos: Dame otro mapa, que es la manera correcta. Aprovechamos, también, para recordar que la palabra MAPA es masculina y que, por lo tanto, es el mapa y no la mapa.

Most fun & family like school where you learn in a super fun way I was only here for 1 week, but I had the best time ever! The Spanish classes are made really fun, but you also honestly learn a lot, even in 1 week. We played games to learn words, grammar and pronunciation. The two teachers I had (Carol y Pablo) we’re really nice and funny.
The school also offers a lot of activities which are almost free, in this way you can make friends really fast and thats super nice, especially when you come here on your own.
The school itself is right in the city centre, so thats honestly a beautiful location. Everyone should visit Valencia once in their life because the vibes are amazing.
I would defenitely recommend this to anyone who wants to learn Spanish, the school almost feels like a family. I am already planning when I can come back:).

diese Schule ist unglaublich vielseitig! Ich war für vier Wochen in Taronja zum Spanisch lernen. Und für mich war die Zeit in der Schule perfekt. Ich habe schnell und viel gelernt, die Lehrer sind offen, kompetent, hilfsbereit und haben Freude am Tun. Was die Schule für mich besonders gemacht hat, ist, dass sie einem Spanisch bei bringen, aber darüber hinaus auch viele Angebote zu Kultur und Leben stattfinden. Und ich hatte immer das Gefühl mit offenen Armen empfangen zu werden! Der perfekte Ort für einen Sprachurlaub.

Taronja I followed an intensive spanish course at Taronja for 4 weeks and i wish i stayed longer. I had the best time ever and I'm going back this year. The teachers are extremely friendly, the school is small but really nice and the activities were amazing. On the weekends, there are trips to other cities or places and throughout the week, the school organises other activities like paella evenings, city tours or cooking classes. The appartment i stayed in, was clean and big. I have no complaints at all and had the best summer vacation ever

I came to Taronja on a friends recommendation and I am so glad that I did! I only did one week intensive and am already signing up to do more lessons. The classes are interesting and fun. The teachers are enthusiastic. Also the daily activities are really well organised. Fully recommend for anyone - no questions asked 🙂

I enjoyed my week very much but should have joined in more of the social activities! Also I think a week is too short as most other students were there for much longer but that was not possible for me Since returning back to my weekly class on Zoom, I am speaking much better so thank you ! Staff were lovely ....

An Amazing school to learn and live the spanish I (20 yo) was there for two weeks for an intensive course in spanish. It was amazing!! The courses are divided in two, with two different teachers. I had the opportunity to meet 4 of them which were all amazing. The school teaches through ludic activities which allows to learn how to really speak and write spanish well. Also Taronja does a lot of activities during the week and on saturdays. The activities are a great way to meet people and learn spanish culture / see amazing landscapes (Saturdays).
